The Coalition for Education Solomon Islands has completed two days workshop .The workshop was held on 1st and 2nd of March 2021. The purpose of the workshop for members to contribute to development of COESI strategic plan in the next 3 to 5 years. Our members participation and contribution in the discussion was important. In giving COESI direction and road map for what the organization would achieve in the next 3 to 5years. It will guide and assist COESI board and staff in the organisational planning and identify opportunities for new activities that COESI will roll out in the future.
The participants who attend the workshop were our members organizations and they were: Literacy Association Solomon Islands(LASI),Young Women’s Christian Association(YWCA),Solomon Islands National Council of Women(SINCW) ,People with Disability Solomon Islands (PWDSI),Solomon Islands National Teachers Association (SINTA),Ministry of Education and Human resources development Rep and Education Authorities including SSEC Education secretary ,Archdiocese of Honiara Education Secretary ,ACOM education secretary and SDA education secretary.
